The Bwer Advantage for HDPE Pipe Butt Fusion Welding Machine

Discover why Bwer Pipes is recognized as the leading and most trusted manufacturer in Iraq.

Microprocessor CNC Control

Our CNC automatic machines control pressure, temperature, and cycle time dynamically. Prevents weld failures from human error.

Ultra-Rigid Steel Chassis

Heavy-duty steel guide bars resist bending, ensuring perfect alignment of pipe ends under high hydraulic clamping pressures.

Teflon-Coated Heating Plates

Non-stick Teflon coating provides uniform heating without polymer buildup on the mirror surface.

Built-In Weld Data Logging

Generates digital PDFs of weld parameters for each joint. Provides project inspectors with verifiable quality check logs.

Step-by-Step Field Guidelines

1. Clamp and Adjust

Clamp pipes in the chassis. Check drag pressure and verify ends align perfectly.

2. Planing

Insert planer between ends. Turn planer on and close clamps until continuous shavings exit.

3. Heating mirror

Check plate temperature (220°C). Insert plate. Raise pressure to build initial bead.

4. Heat Soak and Fusion

Drop pressure to heat-soaking level. When timer ends, remove plate, join ends and cool.

Quality Control & Lab Testing

Manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in Kalar, Garmian. Tested on every single batch.

Hydraulic System Integrity

High pressure leak checks on cylinders and hose couplers.

Heating Uniformity Test

Thermal imaging to confirm temperature variation across heater surface is < 5°C.

CNC Pressure Transducer

Calibrated to verify pressure accuracy during the welding cycle.

Data Logger Sync Test

Verifies USB transfer and PDF export features work correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions regarding implementation in Iraqi governorates.

Q: What generator power is needed?

A: We recommend a diesel generator with at least 1.5x the total machine rating (heater + planer + hydraulics).

Q: Does Bwer provide training?

A: Yes, Bwer offers certified training and site operator licensing in Kalar/Garmian.

Q: How often should the heating mirror be cleaned?

A: The heating mirror must be wiped clean with a lint-free cotton cloth and alcohol before every single weld.
