The Bwer Advantage for HDPE Butt Fusion Welding Fittings
Discover why Bwer Pipes is recognized as the leading and most trusted manufacturer in Iraq.
Matched Physical Properties
Produced from the exact same raw PE100 resin as Bwer pipes, ensuring identical melting points and thermal properties during butt-welding.
Excellent Pressure Rating
Molded under extreme pressure to prevent internal void formations. Maintains full pipeline pressure ratings (up to PN25) without structural weakness.
Full Fittings Range
Available in 90/45 degree elbows, equal and reducing tees, concentric reducers, and stub ends for steel flange connections.
Highly Smooth Bore
Optimized radius profile prevents pressure drops and limits erosion wear at change-of-direction points.

Step-by-Step Field Guidelines
1. Clean and Align
Secure the pipe and the fitting inside the butt-welding machine clamps. Clean welding faces.
2. Planing
Use the electric trimmer to plane joint faces until they are perfectly flat and parallel.
3. Heating
Apply the heating mirror (210°C to 230°C) to the joint faces. Wait for standard bead height.
4. Joining and Cooling
Remove the heater, join ends immediately, and apply welding pressure. Allow to cool under pressure.
Quality Control & Lab Testing
Manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in Kalar, Garmian. Tested on every single batch.
Hydrostatic Pressure Test
Tests fitting assemblies under high pressures to ensure zero weld rupture.
Tensile Strength Test
Pulls welded joints to verify that rupture occurs outside the weld zone.
Carbon Black Content
Validates UV protection stability in molded components.
Dimensional Scan
Ensures exact tolerances for wall thickness and outer diameter.
Frequently Asked Questions
